I (Vicki Skinner - aka "THE Sarong Goddess") created this blog in 2007 to share DETAILED Finds•Lists•Info•Events•Experiences to help bring more EASE to people living in, visiting or thinking of moving to Costa Rica since DETAILS are NOT easy to find!
I’m NOT an expert (an "expert" 2 ME knows 101%-NOT me). I believe in sharin info•helping where I can! And with over 2,200 entries, so some things might be out of date, so if you find old info PLEASE help each other by getting the updated info & sharing it with me to revise. At least you have some basic info to get you started.

COOL Sony 4K Commercial Filmed ON Irazu Volcano in Costa Rica using 8 MILLION Flower Petals!!!!

Ginnee shared this MEGA COOL new Sony 4K commercial video with me that was made in Costa Rica up at Irazu Volcano (stimulating like it's lava flow coming out) in Cartago where they literally used 8 MILLION • 3-1/2 TONS of colorful Flower Petals to help sell their new 4K Ultra HD TV in the U.K.

Don't worry - they did not use an active section of IRAZU VOLCANO (which IS an active volcano!!  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraz%C3%BA_Volcano  •  youtu.be/f2AvBPjyalA  •   youtu.be/nkAPRgSEqjk (this is a cool DETAILED video that gives pictures even of the bus ride up there!!)  •
